@HabibaRezwana IMO building and maintaining such a property would be costly overtime, unless it has other uses that would generate income besides just hosting elections.

BIngu International Conference Centre became a militarized zone during these elections not a Conference Centre. The presence of military vehicles while necessary felt scary. Malawi must invest in a national tally centre premises.
