@PotatoMcWhiskey There's another downside: Losing immediacy. I'm ordering something and nothing happens until I press "next turn", and then it might feel like the game is being played for me (and possibly not even the way I wanted). In Civ you get that instant gratification.

The tangible gain is "faster turns" but if I cared about faster turns I wouldn't be playing a 4x game. I want a big sprawling empire that takes time and thought to manage and I don't want the board to shift beneath me as I'm thinking about my decisions.

@gameswirtschaft Da Elaborate Lands fast fertig ist porten wir nicht. Bis zum nächsten Projekt ist noch Zeit, könnte aber dann Unreal werden, wenn Unity die Kurve nicht bekommt. Bin aber nicht sehr zuversichtlich.
