@ElaineLWork I love Skipton and have a friend who lives in Ilkley so that would work well. Great fish and chips in Skipton so would need to do a lot of walking to burn those calories.

@tomorrowsmps Dover's a weird one, because it would take a huge swing for Labour to win. On the other hand, it's Natalie Elphicke's seat, and if people in Kent (inc.Lib Dems/Greens) concentrated on it, it could happen. Elphicke is a bit of a lightening rod. Who are the other Labour candidates?

@AlisonSmith29 I feel very uncomfortable with the move into a mega HEE/NHS E&I and the overall move to more control by Whitehall and also wondering about future. In answer to your q, the NHS would lose a wonderful, authentic manager

@NewingSandra @ChetnaModi3 I must stress that these are only my views. In my trust I have an amazing Chief People Officer who I have learned so much from over many years. I am just nervous of further centralisation of people management when the issues can be very locally determined.

The last time I hated the NHS this much I took a 10 year break. Give me good reasons to stay!

Following cases of the #OmicronVariant being confirmed in London, it is critically important that we do everything we can to help stop its spread while we learn more about how infectious it is, if it could cause more severe disease and what effect it might have on our vaccines.
