#goibibo must be the biggest blunder of #makemytrip. Today I was having issues with MMT server, blundered by booking on Goibibo. They don’t support online cancellation. Reached call centre after waiting for 20 minutes, then agent wouldn’t answer at all. Waiting another 5 minutes

When you lose hope in any form of customer service, MakeMyTrip stands out. Extremely responsive call centre, they work very hard to resolve all issues. Special mention to Sadiq from MMT, who was simply brilliant. No wonder they are the leaders. #MMT #Deepkal #CustomerService

Booked with British Airways to go to London, had to reschedule due to Visa issues. BA lived upto their reputation, terrible! They commit and then they go back on that. Totally insensitive. Call centre is unbelievably bad, average waiting time 40 minutes. #BritishAir

@AmazonHelp I am used to such a great service by Amazon, am just disappointed. The cover costs only 1200 Rs, i will throw the cover away. But Amazon service for a regular customer like me left a poor taste

@AmazonHelp The seller ( thru App) mentioned only replacement possible, but promised to look into it. I did this twice , but no luck. Today i tried reaching out call centre thru chat, the agent told me the replacement window is expired and she can't do anything.

@AmazonHelp I am in India, I wanted to order a cover for my Kindle, in your listing iPad cover also was shown. I didn't realise and ordered. After receiving, I realised i got it wrong. Bought another kindke cover and tried returning the ipad cover.

@ZoomCarIndia I waited 90minutes at airport for the car, making calls to your people. No one had a clue, everyone blamed someone else. I called call centre and told them to cancel the booking and refund. He confirmed, but no message so far
