Small weight update ! Down to 109KG from 134KG since mid November (-25KG !)😁 5x weight sessions, 5x incline treadmill sessions(1hr), 10k step walk Saturday, 18k step walk Sunday per week💪 1600cal, 180g protein 🍗 Hopefully fatt1s ❌ fitt1s 🔜 for summer epic LAN !!🙏
