@HardRockBottom3 @douglassmackey Amazing :) If he wanted to portray Athena as his subcinscience, fine, but that wasn't her role in the story. Not understanding the material you pretend to adapt, even loosely, is a capital mistake.

Casting in The Odyssey is so bad that no one is even talking about how Zendaya is playing Athena.

@douglassmackey She's not that bad in it. The problem is Athena is reduced to just being his imaginary friend who shows up a couple times to woman-splain. "You're laying on the ground" Odysseus (laying on the ground) - "why do you talk in riddles?"
