I've lost my earmuffs in Eldon Square and they've not been handed in and I'm so sad if anyone has black fluffy tesco ear muffs from like 2021/2022 I will buy them (the ones they have in now aren't the same)

@lf_p Hi Paul, thank you for getting in touch. The lighting that you are mentioning is off due to the ongoing work happening in the old Debenhams store. The street lighting near does belong to Newcastle City Council which we have no control over I'm afraid. Customer Service

@EldonSqNCL, hi. It’s pretty dark on Newgate St each side of the old Debenhams unit because the building mounted street lights are off. Is their a fault or is it due to the works within those units?

@EldonSqNCL any chance of replacing the soap dispenser in the toilet and making sure there’s at least one dispenser with soap in. Also that the anti bacterial gel dispenser is replenished regularly. It’s disgusting that there’s no way of washing or disinfecting your hands.
