So @marksandspencer prove themselves once again to literally not care about customer service… They hand my delivery to EVRi - which I explicitly asked them not to do - and now I have literally no idea when / if my order will arrive.

Jax’s 1st parents evening in his new school and it was amazing Jax is always smiling and polite he’s kind and helpful towards other learners He is moving up levels in work and a little mathematician . And a pleasure to have in the classroom. Re wind a few months we couldn’t get jax into school full time due to the lack of care and discrimination he was receiving. Now he is happy . Content and looks forward to going into school daily . He id in the right education setting for him and its lovely to have my happy boy back , To any parents in a similar situation keep fighting for what your child needs and deserves .
