@NianticHelp I’ve had a route under review since 22 July is there any way to bump it up the process
(the timing is so random by the way, had one reviewed in 12 hours and others not for a week so far)

@Se_Railway can you please give your staff some guidance on how connecting trains work. Our train at dartford was only two minutes behind but they sent the changeover on any way

@GAMEdigital very disappointed with the ps5 experience today sat in a queue from 9:45 only to get booted to no stock screen, why leave u in it if there’s not enough u should have cut people beyond the amount u had . Imagine lots of them are bots too
