🚨 ENDORSEMENT ALERT 🚨 I’m honored to receive the endorsement of Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown.

As Maryland's next United States Senator, I will absolutely vote to abolish the filibuster to codify Roe.

Larry Hogan did not mince words when he said that Donald Trump deserves credit for his accomplishments in office, and called Trump's Justices "incredible." I wholeheartedly disagree.

I find it unconscionable that my 19-year-old daughter is fighting for rights that should have been won by her grandmother. Unlike Larry Hogan, I'll never waiver on defending women's reproductive rights, and I certainly wouldn't give Republicans who want to pass a national abortion ban the Senate majority.

If the Republicans have a majority in the Senate, there will be no vote to codify Roe. We need a Democratic Senate to protect the values and freedoms those in Maryland hold dear.

The stakes of this election could not be any higher. We are facing an election where the future of our country and our freedoms are at stake. I do not believe that having a Republican majority in the Senate is in the best interest of our state or our country.

I'm the proud mother of a 19-year-old daughter and the proud daughter of a retired receptionist and newspaper delivery person. I have fought for Marylanders my entire life. Now, I am running for Senate to protect our freedoms and fight for a better future for our families.

After that, I spent time at Delegate Malcolm Ruff’s Juneteenth celebration where the feeling of love and community were strong. It’s important to acknowledge and celebrate the intersectionality of our community and the diverse struggles equality and justice.
