Buildings not up to code represent a real danger to tenants as well as first responders. I joined elected officials today to promote a package of bills that will protect tenants and homeowners while ensuring the safety of our first responders.

You could also drive across the river to the Hudson line at Tarrytown. Not ideal, but there's still a bunch of options!
