@AvantiWestCoast £72 on a return train from Manchester to London. BOTH trains wifi have not worked. Have been way behind in work and for the price, the minimum we should get is working wifi. Really bad experience.

Standing at @Gatwick_Airport in the @British_Airways queue. Have been here for 45 minutes so far. And I’m still this far back. No one is updating us why it happened. It’s hot and sweaty. Everyone’s feeling dizzy. Noone can leave the queue to buy water. Worst airport experience!
