5/8 Trading FOMC Today ✅ Decent day. Over traded a bit after take two Ls to start off the day 💯 Today was not as volatile as I expected. Kept trying the bounces off $ES $4000 psych but $SPX cons were too far OTM to do anything 📈📉 Keep an eye on the daily 200EMA 👀

2/3 To End the Week Off ✅ Barley traded this week 💯 Choppy trend before 12:00. Took calls off ORB high and 4000C lottos off the 5m 9EMA📈📉 Flipped to the puts after seeing the 5m 9+20EMA cross to the downside. I went on to target the 5m 200EMA on $SPX 🎯 FOMC Coming Up👀

4/10 To End Off The Week ✅ Didn't Trade most of this Choppy Week 📈📉 Got caught in the morning chop. Kept taking starters and getting cut. I had to make a comeback going into power hour 💪 Took the 3965C ITM off $ES 5m 200EMA+VWAP 💸 Lets see a trend on Monday 📈🙏

2/2 To End Off The Week ✅ Didn't Trade the past two days because I was sick 💯 Took the 4000C risking off $ES 200EMA going into the HOD rally. Ended up selling a bit early cons went ITM into close 📈 Shitty close for $SPX today chopped at the $4000 psych all power hour 😔

3/5 Today ✅ Wild Range day today intraday swings moving over 50 points 📈📉 Got hit on the calls going into 12 but made it back grabbing the 3790P and 3800P on the free fall to $SPX 200EMA 🎯 Market makers crushed calls and puts on $SPX fighting for the daily 50EMA 💯

3/3 Today ✅ Ended up selling way too early today. Didn't expect my cons to go ITM📉 Bought the 3780P $115 OTM off Monday's HOD rejection ($3893.73) 🎯 Sucks to see. Caught the top of the downside just to sell early. You live and you learn💯

2/4 Today ✅ Slow day for $SPX cons after the huge morning drop. MM ended up crushing cons all the way to the bell 📈📉 Went light on the 3855P going into the close after getting back to green 💯 Let's get ready for FOMC tomorrow cons will be cheap ATM when news drops 💪

1/2 To Start Off The Week ✅ Choppy Monday to start this week. Didn't trade the morning chop at all📉📈 Waited for cons to get crushed until I could play ATM cons in the close 💯 Took a hit on the 3900C starters but made it back taking the 3875P ITM into close 💸

1/2 To End Off The Week ↔️ Barley green after being late to the huge rally on $SPX 📈 Took the 3905C which I sold too early then gave profits back on 3910C lottos into close 😔 Time to make up for it on Monday 💯

1/1 Today ✅ ‼️ Don't sleep on the 50EMA ‼️ Had to come back with some heat after the red day yesterday🔥 Traded the last 30mins on $SPX and took the 3815P ITM off the 5m 50EMA rejection 📉 Alert: $SPX 3815P | 2.30->10.00 (335%)🔥
