For people who wanted to *feel* something before a workout/rage, imagine a stack of:
- Tongkat Ali
- Fadogia agrestis
- L carnitine
- Acetyl L carnitine
- Alpha-yohimbine (rauwolscine)
- L- Tyrosine
- Dynamine
- Taurine
- ZumXR
what else?
Whichever one of you formulates this make sure to give me my commission 🤣

Last week was experimenting with Tongkat Ali and HIGH (>5g) doses of carnitine + acetyl l-carnitine
Became HYPER AGGRESSIVE
Wanted to fight everyone 🥊
I felt like fire 🔥 in my veins 🩸
Short fuse
Would not recommend lol
I assume DHT signaling went sky high (more DHT + more androgen sensitivity from Carnitine)
Was going to put in bucket of “bad supplements”, but realized there might be a use case:
1. Some guys need a FIRE 🔥 lit underneath them. They live life so passively. Perhaps this can help. (Although testosterone amplifies what already exists so maybe not)
2. This might be a GREAT fight week/ pre grappling stack 🤼♀️. Taken before you hit the mats to kick ass
I see Fadogia Agrestis and Tongkat Ali as aggression and adrenergic boosters more so than “testosterone boosters”

@hormonedietdoc What would i need to consume in order for my body to put on weight if my thyroid is too active?
English

Certain hormones, such as thyroid hormones (T3 & T4), interact with mitochondria to regulate metabolic rate. They can increase the number & efficiency of mitochondria, leading to higher rates of ATP production & thus an increased metabolic rate. The thyroid prefers a high-quality protein diet & just enough carbohydrates to convert T4 to active T3. Amino acids Tyrosine, Phenylalanine, Cysteine & Methionine are required for proper Thyroid health as well as the minerals Iodine & Selenium. All of these indirectly improve mitochondrial health. So eat a #LCHPMF diet to get leaner & produce more cellular energy through your Mitochondria.
