‘Hundreds of parents are set to go to court over the BBC’s ‘constant drip-feed of one-sided pro-trans programmes’. They’ve warned they will seek a judicial review to force Ofcom to investigate what they claim is the BBC’s pro-trans bias damaging their children’s health’

I was interviewed by Hillary Cass during the research phase of the Cass Review. She asked me two significant questions. 1. Did I think the transgender movement was adult led or child led? 2. Did I think there was a link between autistic children and trans children? In my interview with her, I said it was adult led and child amplified. I have never shared my response, but now she is supporting the puberty blocker trial and not addressing the adult led implications of transgender indoctrination of children, I have a moral obligation option to release this communication. ‐------- Date of email: 05/07/2022 Dear Hillary and Sally, I was further reflecting on the questions that you were asking yesterday, in particular on incidents of autism in trans identifying students. As I reflect back on the trans-identifying students that I have had, I would not say that any were obviously autistic and I don't recall ever seeing a diagnosis for autism in the college notes. What I would say though, and with a degree of certainty, is that those who were transitioning were all "socially vulnerable." Students in this category are those that are not fitting in with their peer groups as well as they could be. There are a myriad of reasons for this, ranging from problems in their home life, to natural self-doubt, poor academic performance, or to some other childhood trauma. The transgender communities then offer these students a place of unequivocal belonging. I then wonder if the act of transition acts like a rite of passage into these groups, after which the much sought after belonging is assured. So rather than the focus on autism as a possible primary cause, then maybe the focus should be on the general vulnerability that we all experience at various times in our life and to varying degrees. The combination of recession and darker times ahead along and higher expectations on children increases the sense of vulnerability they may feel. What makes the transgender movement so pernicious now is that it is always there. It is present in schools, hospitals, social groups, on the street, on-line etc. It has penetrated all aspects of society. I would even wonder if targeted advertising is used to proactively reach out to vulnerable candidates. So, as soon as someone is feeling down the trans movement can immediately capitalise on the vulnerability and from a multitude of directions. In this respect its genesis and success lies in marketing rather than medicine. This also supports the concept of the adult led model. This reflection is also supported by Marlborough College's total lack of trans-identifying students, where the inability of the movement to gain a toehold prevents the normal mechanisms of perpetuation from being implanted. With regards, Kevin ‐------------- Response Date of response: 06/07/2022 Dear Kevin, Thankyou for your email. We have logged and shared it with Dr Cass and should be grateful if we can keep your details on file. If you haven’t already done so, please subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date on latest news and progress of the Review. Best regards Review team gofundme.com/f/fight-transg…

Courts Minister Sarah Sackman MP has said that up to 30,000 defendants who were promised jury trials will now face a lone judge. Instead of accepting that their plan to slash our ancient right to trial by jury is wrong, unworkable and sinister, the Government has gone further. Sackman has told MPs the proposal will also apply retrospectively. How many more voices need to tell them they’re wrong? All four Bar Councils, senior lawyers, Labour MPs, opposition MPs, Starmer’s former mentor and chambers — even the Ministry of Justice itself have said the plan is wrong and will not cut the Crown Court backlog. Chairman of the Criminal Bar Association (CBA) Riel Karmy-Jones KC has said: “This retrospective move, which contradicts previous statements made by the Government, is like pulling a rug from beneath the feet of those most vulnerable in our justice system. “Thousands of people, both accused and victims, were expecting to present their cases at trial to a jury of their peers from their community – people best placed to understand them and their circumstances. “Now they are told that they will be tried by a single judge sitting alone, in a move that will not make any appreciable difference to the speed with which their cases are heard. One cannot blame them if many feel betrayed.” The Free Speech Union’s research shows that those charged with speech-related offences are almost twice as likely to be found not guilty in the Crown Court, before a jury, than in a magistrates’ court without one. It’s clear, if the Government gets their way, more people will be locked up for simply exercising their right to free speech. ✍️Sign our petition below to SAVE JURY TRIALS 👇

@HeadWarriorTWM @NEUnion 2026 conf motions push Freire's "liberatory" teaching, mandatory anti-racist/LGBT+ content, child-led play over phonics, no high-stakes tests—all branded as "equity". 2025 NLT data — only 1 in 3 kids enjoy reading; 1 in 4 leave primary illiterate. Gaps widen for vulnerable groups

WARNING - Threat from the @NEUnion Hold your kids close parents you have a real fight on your hands with this dangerous bollocks. Wait till you see the horror show from the NEU conference on education. camdenneu.com/newsevents/mee… Motions for prioritisation...utterly deranged on every level. Critical Social Justice, anti-racist, frierain, marxist, intersectional woke feminism, LGBT+, equity. This is the whole monster right here. Close the bloody parasite down. Explicit push for "liberatory" and "transformative" pedagogy (Motion 004) – directly echoes Freirean critical pedagogy, prioritising co-created knowledge and resistance to "oppressive" structures over traditional teaching. That's cultural Marxism right there. Mandatory anti-racist and anti-sexist curriculum (Motion 004) – embeds identity politics and woke equity framing, making anti-oppression ideology a core requirement rather than optional. Again Marxism. Promotion of belonging and equality specifically for LGBT+ (Motion 004) – foregrounds intersectional inclusion, risking politicisation of classroom content around gender and sexuality. Oh look more Marxism. Rejection of market mechanisms and "badge culture" in favour of equity (Motion 001) – Marxist-leaning critique of competition and parental choice, replacing it with collectivist, needs-based priorities. Heavy emphasis on child-led play and de-formalisation of early years (Motion 003) – progressive/child-centred approach that downplays structured learning, phonics, and early assessment in the name of holistic development. Makes your kids thick. Campaign against high-stakes testing and standardised measures (Motions 002, 005, 007) – undermines objective benchmarks, opening the door to subjective, equity-driven assessments that prioritise outcomes over standards. Makes your kid slovenly and slothful. Co-creation of curriculum with students and communities (Motion 004) – Freirean dialogical model that shifts power from teachers/experts to pupils and activists, potentially diluting academic rigour. Integration of arts, ethics, sustainability, and cultural capital in STEAM (Motion 006) – progressive broadening that could sideline core knowledge in favour of ideological themes like social justice and anti-capitalist values. Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics, STEAM. That is so they can smuggle crap into real subjects. Critique of "toxic masculinity" and push for inclusive/equity feminism (implied in broader anti-sexist stance, Motion 004) – frames gender education through intersectional lens, aligning with woke feminism over classical liberal equality. Misandry on steroids. Overall replacement of accountability with collaborative, improvement-focused, equity-prioritised systems (Motions 001, 007) – risks weakening external standards in favour of self-regulating, ideologically aligned models that de-emphasise measurable attainment. In other words equity. Hold your kids close.

NEU push anti-racist 'equity' over basics while KS2 reading/writing/maths hits just 62% expected standard in 2025—still 3pts below 2019 pre-pandemic levels! Kids robbed of core skills, through school closures, for woke ideology. #neuconference26

🚨 Settlement reached in Martin Speake case! Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance has settled the Employment Tribunal claims brought by jazz saxophonist and educator @mspeakemusic. Speake was suspended after being asked for feedback on — and then expressing — a “colour-blind” critique of the institution’s Critical Race Theory-influenced “anti-racism” policy in 2024. Following an intense cancellation campaign, he later resigned and brought Employment Tribunal claims including discrimination and harassment on the basis of protected philosophical belief. In a published statement, Trinity Laban accepts that Speake’s email had no racist intent and does not dispute that he considers himself anti-racist. It further acknowledges that discrimination against staff or students for holding or appropriately manifesting protected philosophical beliefs is unlawful. Similar beliefs — including opposition to Critical Race Theory — have previously been found to qualify for protection under the Equality Act 2010. More on the backstory to Speake’s case in my piece for The Critic, by CAF Research Manager Freddie Attenborough: thecritic.co.uk/speake-for-eng…

Independent councillor and FSU member Dulcie Tudor is challenging Cornwall Council over complaints about comments she made on social media. Despite gender-critical beliefs being protected under the Equality Act 2010 and the Human Rights Act, the Council has hired an external, taxpayer-funded lawyer after she received 10 complaints. It is also worth noting that last April the Supreme Court ruled that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex, not gender identity. The complaints relate to alleged breaches of Cornwall Council’s code of conduct. Dulcie has been accused of using discriminatory language, of transphobia, and of causing psychological distress. Last November, the councillor of more than eight years responded to a Facebook post claiming women were not at risk of harm from trans-identifying males. She disagreed, citing Prison Service and Office for National Statistics data. She also shared a graphic listing 33 trans-identifying males who had committed serious sexual offences against women. The Free Speech Union is supporting Dulcie in challenging the Council’s decision to pursue these complaints — which she has described as “discriminatory and potentially harassing”. Dulcie is not alone. She is one of many elected representatives facing investigations initiated by unelected officials who are weaponising council procedures and protocols. Read more below 👇
