This season went up in flames the minute we lost Maresca. It's about finding another capable coach who will get the players performing well again. We don't have a bad squad, but we have been messed up by injuries, and the available players have no confidence remaining in them.

Watching this Brighton game, I think we played into their hands at the Amex. We were building short instead of going long and forcing them to run back, to defend, and compete for 50-50s. We actually made it easier for them. If we had played like we did against Leeds, we wouldn't have lost that game. Rosenior's obsession with building short from the back was his biggest weakness.
