EDF saga continues day 62… even @edfenergy CEO doesn’t reply! Since I have no explanation for costings and EDF breached their contract I can’t risk running electric and gas so thank you @edfenergy for making it a miserable time of year

@edfenergy worst energy supplier 51 days and still not sorted - avoid at all costs! stress they caused, they hang up on you and sort nothing! my phone bill is extortionate trying to sort their mistake (which they admitted occurred 21/10/22)

@edfenergy the most appalling energy firm in the UK; bullying, called me a liar and not sorting out the mistake they made and admitted they made on 22/10/22 and won’t let me speak to a manager

Day 41 in the pay for internet (yes still taking my money) and pay rent but don’t expect to be able to work from home despite being a key worker @Plusnet saga … oh and you’ll be pleased to know they didn’t bother to leave me as promised on Wednesday or Thursday…Friday…

Day 38 @Plusnet continue to ignore, take my money and not do anything despite assurances they would get in touch with me yesterday - I hope this helps people make the right choices in their broadband providers plusnet is not the right one
