Dynamically merging one bit quad trees in real time, implemented in Javascript. Runs at 60+ fps with the rendering step taking up 90+% of the cpu time. So the actual merging is FAST! It's pretty recursive in nature, but if I manage to port this to WGSL, we might be able to pull off GI using it.

Bitshift no longer on life support, but the level of ambition for Levers and Chests has been lowered back down to initial plans. I was fleeing from everything by collecting exotic orchids in Red Dead Redemption 2, being generally mopey about the entire situation when I suddenly realized that early on I was the only programmer as well, and I LOVED work. Now we're in the same position, but with awesome artists as well. ngl, realizing this kinda ruined my moping around in RDR2 as it was like flicking a switch I can't unflick in my brain and all the sads were gone. So I moved on to fishing.
