Win or lose, I am ashamed of the United States of America. I have seen enough to make that statement confidently. I am proud as hell of the people in this country who have chosen to vote for freedom and democracy. As for those who did not...they have brought shame and disgrace upon this nation. Again, we may very well win...and I'll be jubilant...just as you will. But, at the end of the day, my shame for this country will endure until this nation heals...and freedom once again becomes something the country values. We have so much more work to do. So much. Can this country pull out of what looks like a downward spiral? I'm optimistic. Why? Because the alternative is not acceptable for me to even think about. If we ever suspend our belief that we can prevail and fight to bring this country back to its former state of hope and optimism, that's when it's over. For that reason...as long as there is breath in me, I will work towards that goal.

@elonmusk I think twitter should consider this idea. "A penny for your thoughts". Charge 1 cent for every tweet. Twitter averages 500 million tweets a day. That would be 5 million dollars a day revenue. Also, a money trail will be left to help track bad actors in the space.
