Trump just unlocked 50,000 barrels of American oil a day — enough to fuel approximately 1.7 million cars. Every single day.
He invoked the Defense Production Act to restart offshore platforms off the California coast, shut down since a 2015 spill.
The key detail California doesn’t want you focused on: the platforms are in federal waters.
Newsom can’t touch them.
Energy Secretary Chris Wright ordered Houston-based Sable Offshore to resume operations. Oil is already flowing. First sales expected by April.
California sued. Filed emergency motions. Called it a power grab.
Correct. Trump grabbed America’s own oil back.
Gas prices in California are among the highest in the nation. The Iran conflict is squeezing global supply. Oil is over $108 a barrel.
California left those platforms dark for a decade.
Trump turned them back on.

Jane Allen was suffering from anorexia.
She traveled to Colorado seeking treatment.
Instead, her doctor offered assisted suicide — a prescription for death.
Her father intervened just in time.
Jane began to heal — eating again, tapering off morphine.
The anorexia clinic dropped her, calling her a “liability.”
When Jane chose life, her doctors walked away.
Assisted suicide isn’t healthcare.
It’s preying on the sick and vulnerable.

Hi @SenGillibrand
No, women who take their spouse’s last name after marriage, do NOT change their BIRTH certificates.
The marriage license is the legal document that recognizes the official name change.
You’re a senator, shouldn’t you know that or were you lying?
Birth certificate amendments are typically reserved for corrections (e.g., typos at birth), adoptions, or certain legal parentage changes—not routine marriage name changes. It denotes legal identifiers at BIRTH!

Why don’t you give 1 of your 3 mansions to the workers?
Bernie Sanders@BernieSanders
Jeff Bezos, worth $234 billion, plans to replace 600,000 Amazon workers with robots. Now, he wants to spend $100 billion to fully automate not just his warehouses, but factories in the U.S & other countries. Oligarchs are waging all out war against workers. FIGHT BACK.

@KeruboSk Honestly, once you get used to your routine, your body just knows. You start becoming conscious that it’s almost time for your alarm, so you’re already half awake before it even rings. Sometimes I just wake up a few minutes earlier and turn it off because I’m already up.
English

@KeruboSk Go to bed at (approximately) the same every time night. You'll just naturally wake up at (approximately) the same time every morning. The body is primed for routines.

If there was even a shred of curiosity or academic integrity in the nutrition research space, researchers would be falling over themselves to study this self-selected group of carnivores!
Why don't they develop scurvy?
Why isn't there a heart disease spike in Carnivores?
Shouldn't they develop Type 2 Diabetes at higher rates?
Colon cancer rate hockey-stick?
Rampant inflammation (measurable) ?
Pounds of meat rotting in their colon?
Nothing??
Remember, "they" keep telling us that one extra egg/day increases risk. 2 ounces of red meat increases risk.
CARNIVORES EAT 2 POUNDS OF MEAT AND A DOZEN EGGS/DAY! Shouldn't the signal be off the charts??

@SamaHoole I was on statins for 13 years. Atorvastatin 11, and rosuvastatin for 2.
And now off.... why? Because I developed muscle weakness and muscle loss. I also have a short term memories issue. Both my cardiologists finally did admit, it was the statins. There is no reversing it.

@SamaHoole Research shows no advantages in lowering LDL and side effects limiting physical activity are ignored or dismissed. Meanwhile it’s been shown that we produce more cholesterol naturally as we grow older and this has a protective effect on the brain.
