Peeked down the rabbit hole many, many moons ago. I wish I hadn't, it goes deep... very, very deep. Cui bono - question everything. Awake - not woke.

Written 120 years ago. How slowly we progress, but progress we do.. Our race, at present, is going through a most important period of evolution. It is passing from the unconscious stage of spiritual development, into the conscious stage. Many have already attained their conscious stage, and many more are awakening to it. The whole race will ultimately have it, this being precedent to their moving on. This gradual awakening to spiritual consciousness, is what is causing all this unrest in the world of thought—this breaking away from old ideals and forms—this hunger for the truth—this running to and fro after new truths, and old truths restated. It is a critical period in the history of the race, and many hold that it implies a possible division of the race into two sub‑races, one of whom will be possessed of spiritual consciousness, and will move on ahead of the remaining sub‑race of slower brothers, who must work up by degrees. But the race will again be united, before it finally passes on from the earth, as it is bound together by the Law of Spiritual Cause and Effect.

It was a difficult decision, and not one I take lightly, but I have joined Restore. It has become a locus of nationalist energy. For any political party to ultimately succeed, it must attract mass support, attract counter-elites, advance a coherent ideology and policy, and also have significant funding. Restore does not have these all yet. It is not yet better than competing nationalist parties in all regards. But, crucially: it could be. I see the risk worth taking. The good parts: - Restore has a sitting MP. - Restore is attracting a large amount of funding. - Restore stands much better chances (and is doing much better at) attracting a counter-elite. You could say Lowe already is an elite, and in general there are lots of supporters of a very high caliber congealing around the party. You need ferociously smart and experienced people to turn a country around. - Restore is also attracting large amounts of support from people from all walks of life: from facebook boomers, to internet rightists, tech bros, nationalist newbies, and beyond. Even my mother is getting involved. The bad parts: - Restore is doing a poor job at advancing a coherent ideology and policy. Some of the criticism on this matter is correct. Some of it not. I don't need to relitigate this. But overall Restore could be doing a lot better. - Restore is doing a poor job with leaflets and billboards. They are not attractive. I say this as someone who's done occasional graphic design for a competing nationalist party. This is not a subjective matter: there are universal principles of design that are being broken here. I do not know the internal process, but please find someone else to do these, and/or do less design-by-committee. Ultimately, I view the lack of policy as more readily remediable than a lack of support. A small group of dedicated people can fix policy, as long as the party leadership is on board. Not much of the policy even needs to be "new". There is an incredible amount of good material out there on policy from the likes of Reiners, North, and beyond. It need not take an inordinate amount of time to fix the policy problem, because a lot of the hard thinking has already been done. It need not take an inordinate amount of effort, either. A certain green-coloured nationalist party shows that you can put out a consistent message and a consistent set of interconnected policies, with even meager resources. It is ultimately a matter of will by the leadership. Pay some people to help out, if need be. Some unsolicited advice: Restore needs a tech team. AI is rapidly advancing. In the past three years we've gone from "a toy" to "white collar work will never be the same". Over the next three years, by 2029, we'll see a comparable jump in capabilities again. Do not sleep on this. The first mover advantage will be real. Charlie: Please, let's not tie Restore to Christianity. Maybe it was a gaffe, I don't know. But it is a strategic mistake to alienate non-Christians. A movement that pitches its tent as wide as possible, without sacrificing core goals, will inevitably be more successful than one that pushes potential supports away for inconsequential reasons. British people are a genetic group, not a religious one. Christianity is not a core goal. Rescuing ourselves from replacement is. In summary, I have reason to be hopeful. These problems are fixable. We can Restore.

Ab training is simple. Train them hard like every muscle group. No superset, flutter kick, high rep shite. Get stronger with legit form going through spinal flexion and extension under load. -Ab crunch machines -Kneeling cable crunches -Weighted sit up variations All great choices.

🔁 THEN vs NOW ➡️ FPL Edition🚨 Remember GW1 template? We all thought we had the game figured out 📌 Then (GW1): • “Essential” picks everywhere • High ownership = safety • Everyone running the same team 📉 Now: • Almost everyone disappeared😭 • Some became traps • Differentials changed everything Crazy how fast narratives change in FPL. Who’s that one player you thought was season-keeper but vanished? 💀 Drop your GW1 team vs now 👇 #FPL #FPLCommunity

Most FPL managers look at points. The smart ones look at xPts. xPts (expected points) uses a Poisson model to calculate the probability of a player scoring, assisting or keeping a clean sheet - based on fixtures, form and team strength. It tells you what SHOULD happen, not what did happen. That's the edge. #FPL

Every day that goes by Reform shows you more and more that it will be more of the same rubbish that got our country into this mess. At the same time, an actual alternative has risen up. One that has the balls and the momentum to get it done. Vote @RestoreBritain_ 🫡
