@Ellanestt Are those tiktok collabs inbounds? I have over 10k on tiktok but only rarely post paid content on there. Just not my vibe. Billo is one I’ve been looking at recently! Upwork has been slow to start so I need to work more on it 😅

@Ellanestt Most of my UGC gigs came from inbounds but now I haven’t received as many as I’d like so I’m having trouble scaling. How do you find brands to reach out to that will pay that much? Do you offer large packages?

@socialsbysteph Partnerships via TikTok have been paying most so far but majority require 10k followers unfortunately. I also use JoinBrands, creators co, billo & upwork

@ugcbymyah 2. Actions - I diversified usage of UGC apps and began leveraging TikTok. Mind you when I started I had ~5.5k followers and stuck at 200 views (so it wasn’t like I had tons of followers). In addition to quadrupling my $ monthly target - I grew my TikTok to > 15k. (2/2)

@Ellanestt What were the key differences that allowed you to scale that much that fast?

@ugcbymyah There were 2 parts to it 1. Mindset - clearly defining my target monthly goal (which I quadrupled) and my “why”. The “why” is what I kept remembering when I was feeling discouraged (and that happened a NUMBER of times the month I reached 5 figs). It’s what kept me going (1/2)
