Ellenzweig welcomes back Gregory Berndt, AIA, who has rejoined the firm as an Associate Principal. Greg has more than 30 years of experience working on highly complex science and engineering facilities for colleges and universities and life sciences institutions.

Congratulations to Patrick McDonough, RA, who has been promoted to Principal of the firm! After an earlier tenure with Ellenzweig, Pat rejoined the firm in 2021 and now serves as Director of Construction Administration.

Ellenzweig, IQHQ, and @ErlandInc celebrated the topping off of One Corporate Drive. The project includes a 67,000 square foot renovation of a former office building for biomedical research labs with a 98,000 square foot addition for a new cGMP facility in Andover, MA.
