@toffeebird2069 @Parcel2Go Experienced the same disappointment and upset. My step-daughter sent all our presents. Took 3 weeks to reply when still not arrived. Parcel was lost. Rejected claim for refund. Outrageous

@Parcel2Go how long does it take to deliver a parcel? Sent on 20/12/20 still not delivered, claim opened told will get in touch by 11/1/21 still no contact. Xmas presents for family missing. Lack of contact is disappointing. Extra paid for guaranteed delivery!🤬
