I'm sorry, @Parcel2Go officially has the worst customer service known to delivery. We sent a package to @PoetryBookSoc two weeks ago - TWO WEEKS!! - they have not delivered it. #Evri accepts that they misplaced the parcel & didn't deliver it, yet Parcel2Go is rejecting our claim.

Hey @Parcel2Go, I need an explanation. I paid for "Parcel Protection" for an item I clearly declared. You lost the package 4 months ago, kept my insurance premium, and are now refusing the claim based on fine print your system ignored when taking my money. This is a textbook case of mis-selling.
