TL;DR Have been lucky and talking to clients is the real competitive advantage to build a great product. Oh, and of course, listening and reading from people like @csallen @levelsio @andreasklinger @agazdecki helps a lot along the way !

Fast forward 18 months later, we hit 1000 customers with ~$60k MRR. Our product still feels like a Beta to me sometimes... but customers love it.
