@Slowpoke_Megan Goto a physical therapist. They will examine how your feet rest on the ground and your gait when walking. I learned I have heavy pronation from my PT and they recommended specific insoles to correct it, massively helped fix my issues all the way up my legs & spine!

What shoes do y'all wear for a lot of standing and walking? After a year at my job, I'm in a significant amount of chronic pain from my hips down to my feet. Looking for any genuine recommendations. I'm hesitant to look online due to paid reviews.

@BlazeBTC I’m sure you’re in a similar boat as me in NY as far as housing costs, I check out Redfin on these trips to see how much more affordable houses are! 🤣

@ElliotteBaggVF When I got home to the 30 degree weather in NY, I immediatly went to redfin and started looking up properties in Luftkin, TX

Missing that hot Texas weather. Back in Washington where the temperatures 35-40 and the weather is cloudy & rainy is tough, but grateful for the shift in perspective, positivity and quality time with new people the vacation gave me!

@iBenKind Yep, right now it’s the perfect “fast forward” to upper temps of summer in Washington, but I know the tradeoff is the heat gets oppressive there. You Texans could escape that summer scorcher by coming to Washington for a milder summer! 😆

The past several days have been a whirlwind, and that was just the beginning. I experienced a lot of joy and laughter in Texas followed by sorrow (laid a loved one to rest) and sadness. This is life... highs and lows and in between. Savor the journey.
