@kzeillmann We know the name is a little different but it's because we make our cashew milk differently - with no added junk. We hope you still consider giving us a try!

I've got no problem with cashew milk as a dairy substitute, but when the cartons say "Milked cashews", for some reason that's much more unsettling

@annakay_notanna My favorite is almond milk but it's super bad for the environment so it's more of a treat for me! Elmhurst milked oats is my life (especially making a mocha latte w the chocolate one???) bc oat milk is kinda gross but theirs is actually so yummy

Having discovered the wonders of pistachio milk today, I must respectfully demur with @jackwhitehall’s most excellent thesis: we are clearly not milking enough things if such innovation remains relatively clandestine and confined to the hipster back alleys of NYC cafes.

@Elmhurst1925 I just started using a new carton…It’s new packaging with the green stripe at the top. The almond milk is not as thick and doesn’t froth for a latte the way it has up until this moment. Do I have to start searching for a new brand?? Say it isn’t so.

Elmhurst almond milk only got 2 ingredients.. filtered water and almonds .. next time you grab a gallon of almond breeze or Silk .. read the ingredients .. shit got like 12

I now get my oat milk delivered by the milk float, in glass bottles. No cows were kicked in producing it. And its environmental impact is MUCH smaller than dairy's.
