@D_Times My heart goes out to the flood victims and buisnesses on Chatsworth Rd but not once has Deryshire times mentioned the carnage and loss of life at Tapton Terrace which late yesterday was still under water and the devastation at Olympia House on Brimington Rd .

No access to our @VirginMoney business account for 6 days and so far 5 calls to you over 3 days of which 4 ive been cut off or fobbed off with soon and shortly re fix Month end is hard enough for buisnesses cant believe it takes 6 days to fix an APP

@AskVirginMoney They were both on the same app yes but i seem to have sorted it out now ..i hope it really has been very stressful

@AskVirginMoney I would like to talk to someone and sort this out so yes a number would be good but almost every call over the last 3 days have been either full of "soon" and "shortly" fob off or have been cut off so not holding much hope

@VirginMoney I have uninstalled the app Reinstalled the app and now it will not let me back on at all .It does not recognise my ID my password my name ! But now I have also lost my personal account and savings account as well as my buisness account ... AWESOME !! Not at my happiest right now

@ElphiusFlux Hi, We do apologise for any inconvenience the APP issue has caused. We have had an update from the tech team to advise that this issue has now been resolved. Can I ask if you could delete the APP and then re-install keep me posted on how this goes ? Thanks ^ Jacque

@absoluteradio our neighbour put his new born son in his carry cot (years before baby car seat carriers were invented ) on the roof of his car and began to drive off . Thankfully he only drove a few feet to the sound of a screaming family.. baby was fine
