Additionally Halo pros have been on controller for ages because Halo has historically been a console game. That won’t just change overnight.

I get asked weekly, sometimes daily, about my hopes and thoughts on M&K in Halo Infinite It’s a long and painful conversation. I feel alienated, and I’m not even in the demographic that suffers. I hope we get news soon.

@Timcast Compared to anything in my area, this blows the competition away. 7x the download speed at peak and 2x the upload speed. If Fiber Optic is in your area, that’s the clear choice but for many people who are stuck with dial-up, cellular, or satellite… Starlink wins.

@TheQuartering The movement from a country backed by industry to a service provider has many repercussions. Many jobs that provided meaningful opportunity and stability are now overseas. As a whole workers have less leverage in the workforce because they’re competing against the world.

@TheQuartering That’s great for you and there’s going to be plenty of successful people in Gen Y and Z, but as a whole they’re struggling more than their parents with financial stability. This will have drastic societal consequences as the middle class continues to shrink and lose wealth.

@MasteroftheTDS Truly despise the arrogance of people like this who believe they know better than the person who wrote one of the best series in history. I’m sure if they wrote it, the novels would have a fraction of the success that LotR has, but they think they can fix it and make it better.

Might want to think about this a bit. Your work has a 3 star rating for a supposed bestseller. Maybe you need to rethink your approach a bit.

What I find most disturbing is the thought that these people believe they know better than Tolkien, one of the world’s most beloved authors, and arrogantly think they can design a better version of his novel and world. If you know better then write a series that can beat LotR.

@TheRudeJudeTTV I have an earlier version of these. Always have trouble with earbuds staying in but the o-ring helps them stay seated in my ear. Probably worth a look.

@CultureCrave It’s simple. Now that people can do things in public again they won’t take eating out or going to the theaters for granted. If Hollywood produces films focused on good stories and quality characters then people will show up. People just want to have fun experiences again.

Amber Heard suppprter says someone created an account to pretend to be her deceased daughter. And she saw the post, recognized it, and screenshot it within 49sec of it going live. I'd get some friends to help figure out who it was, too, but it went offline right afterward.

@BrettFX Pretty much what happened with BFV. These were entirely predictable events and why I dropped BFV and haven’t touched 2042. A real shame after the awesome content we got with BF1. Even if you believe that game was flawed, it’s hard to argue they didn’t put great effort into it.

@SimplyyJohnny @StarWarsTake I wouldn’t particularly care if the issue was minor but this has spread throughout the industry. I’m tired of valid and well meant criticism being dismissed with the cudgel of “you’re just racist” when none of the feedback is even related to race.

@SimplyyJohnny @StarWarsTake The statement is in line with typical messaging I’ve seen for the last few years. Any criticism of a show is met with “well don’t be racist.” The critical thinking is I can quickly connect the statement with other similar statements to understand what they’re actually saying.

@MasteroftheTDS I’m tired of this “believe all women” crap. Women as individuals are capable of lying and acting malicious in order to destroy others or protect themselves and their best interests. Almost none of Heard’s evidence is sensical and it doesn’t seem to stand up when questioned.

@TheQuartering Gotham Knights cancelling support for PS4 and Xbox One. Probably hoping to avoid a Cyberpunk 2077 debacle. I guess the end of support is close for that console generation. Pressure for people to upgrade now but I wonder if people are still struggling to get the new gen.
