@DamHealth I took a test that was suppose to take 3 hours to come back and paid £150. Now have been on hold to you for an hour and a half AND CANNOT GET ON MY FLIGHT.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, no I haven’t had an explanation. They have changed the appointment to the 23rd November... it’s not good enough. I need a engineer out earlier!! The service isn’t good enough seeing how much we pay a month. PLEASE HELP

@SkyUK i waited all day for you to turn up to install sky today and then you cancelled last minute. No explanation or apology!!! I’m so angry!! And then you give me another appointment for 3 weeks time, not acceptable!
