The How Do You Learn Response has given me a lot more insight into how our learning environment has transformed and how as learners we must evolve with it. I realized that Connectivism is the learning theory that most supports my approach to learning in this course! #EM203Robin

In my first 3 weeks of EM203, I have learned that as “digital natives”, we should be pivoting our learning to reflect changed landscapes- especially relevant to life post-pandemic. Learning theory can aid in this by helping us understand how we most effectively learn! #EM203Robin

@EM203Shov I totally agree. I did not have much prior information about different learning styles. Learning about these different styles has taught me a lot about the way I learn.

Over the past weeks, my favourite lesson thus far included the discussions of different learning styles. I had known everyone learns differently however it was very interesting unpacking those learning styles in a more detailed fashion & applying them to my life. #EM203Robin

@EM203SKoulo I have also noticed how my own classes are more collaborative and have an active approach to learning. Additionally, now we do not rely as much on textbook information, the internet has provided many opportunities to learn.

After the first couple of weeks of EM203, I have learnt that the digital age has changed the world entirely. The way we learn is different, and we focus more on digital literacy, where we learn in the digital environment. #EM203Robin

@EM203JKudlowsky I also noticed how much technology and social media play a role in learning. I also had fun learning how to knit! Mine probably does not look as good as yours lol.

I’ve been enjoying this class. The actual info as well as these activities. I never thought I’d knit coasters for an assignment but here we are! I haven’t used twitter since grade 9 - the interface has changed a lot but i’m getting used to it! #EM203Robin

@TylerWaites12 @RobinPersadWL I totally agree that the internet ahs bad an incremental difference in the way we learn. I also learned about how constructivism and how students are encouraged to expand on their thoughts and express what they're thinking.

Within the first couple weeks of #EM203Robin with Professor @RobinPersadWL, I learned that the Internet is a catalyst for many innovations in communication, collaboration, and creative advances in learning. Furthermore, the concept of Learning by Doing was explored. Cheers!

The first 3 weeks of this course were very informative. The course appeals to me since it is highly interactive. I can see how the digital revolution has transformed the way we study, and learn. I also enjoyed reading about the negative effects of multitasking #EM203Robin
