CWCL2 is finally back today! Crucial series for Namibia, I reckon they need 3 wins to keep their slim top 4 hopes alive, but will be difficult without JNLE, adding more pressure on young Dylan Leicher.

@Batsman_cricket @SaoirsedT Just don’t think this should be much of a priority for England given the existing rammed schedule. Would much rather they played Bangladesh or Afghanistan or even Nepal: countries who could do with an England series and where cricket actually has really big potential

not sure I get why people are so keen for this really. these are countries where cricket is at best a minority sport, surely very minimal prospects of ‘growing the game’ in any of them

The way to make this happen is to force Full Members to qualify for World Cups on the field, rather than by rankings. Make England go through the Europe qualifier like Ireland, Scotland, Netherlands etc have to do in the same way England goes through UEFA qualifying for FIFA WC.

T2Os shouldn't be call cricket anymore, it should be called batting. Call it T2O Batting instead of T20 cricket coz now they have taken everything away from bowlers & it has become game of batters where bowlers are used as slaves to just get smashed. You have to be someone like Jasprit Bumrah or Josh Hazlewood level bowler in order to does well but if you are batter, you can smash any bowler here. It is so one sided game now, I don't know if you guys still enjoy this one sided bashing but not me. Scores of 200 are getting treated as 120 nowadays in IPL since last few overs!!
