CAMHS delays (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) lead to worsening mental health, increased risk of self-harm and suicide, significant strain on education and relationships, disengagement from services, and a greater chance of crises, often with long-term negative impacts on the young person's future development and ability to function in adulthood. Delays can make issues harder to treat as they become more ingrained, impacting a child's ability to learn, socialize, and cope.  Join us in asking for an inquiry into to these systematic failures and mismanagement of the CAMHS system.
