@ProfRobHoward Yes I agree. I’d much prefer one on one nursing care! Unfortunately the reality is APs are used so we need to seriously consider how we reduce them and only use them when necessary. There are lots of reasons why they are used and it’s not easy to say just stop.

How about just don’t use antipsychotics for delirium? One to one nursing care is expensive, but it’s what I’d want to have when I become delirious.
