If your last 10 campaigns were all: • 15% off • 20% off • Flash sale • Last chance Your audience is trained to ignore you. Instead, rotate angles: • Educational • Social proof • UGC • Product breakdown • Myth-busting • Founder story • Behind the scenes Email volume works, but only when it’s varied.

People don’t read emails word for word. They scan. So your structure matters more than your vocabulary. Use: • Short paragraphs. • Clear spacing. • Obvious CTAs. If your email looks busy, most people won’t get your message.

90% of business owners make excuses not to send frequent emails because they’re afraid of: • Complaints • Unsubscribes • And that no one will care But they’re focusing on the wrong person. Because it’s not about them, their feelings, or their ego. It’s about the customer.

@AdamKitchen_co I think it's good. Goal of the intro is to get read, and I was glued to the screen tbh The transition into the pitch could've been better though

1 month ago, we launched the new email flows for AngelMatch.io, and the results are already showing. 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝟖.𝟏𝟏% 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 and has contributed directly to the lift in: ✅ Trial conversion rate ↑ ✅ Churn rate ↓ ✅ Subscriber LTV ↑ These results are simple when email supports your entire customer lifecycle. So far we’ve built: • Welcome flow: gets new email leads activated and into the free trial • Trial → paid conversion flow: shows exactly how to get value fast • Post-purchase flow: reduces churn by guiding users to their “aha” moments And we’re nowhere near done. Next up: • Refund recovery flow • Failed payment flow • Full BFCM promo flow for the 2 segments (AngelMatch’s first-ever discount 👀) • Re-engagement sequences • Action-triggered flows based on in-app behavior And A LOT more... If you’re a founder looking for investor leads, then check out AngelMatch.io. If you’re a business owner who might be leaving money on the table with email… then DM me for a 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝟏𝟓-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭. Big thanks to @Rashidkhasanov and team for the solid collaboration. On to the next milestones.
Rashid Khasanov@Rashidkhasanov

We've been focusing on improving Angel Match and things seem to be moving into the right direction: - Trial conversion rate is up - Churn rate is down - LTV is going up - Avg revenue per user is up Here's what we did: 1. @EmJoServices set up amazing email flows + action based trigger emails. This alone increased retention, conversions and decreased churn. 2. We added an onboarding walkthrough and a full fundraising setup checklist based on cancelation feedback. 3. We're rolling out new email follow-up flows by the end of Nov, which will make the investor outreach 10x easier for users (hopefully). 4. In Dec, we plan to launch Investor Updates and Data Room features. Our goal is to make fundraising process 10x easier for our users. If they win, we win.

Choose one of these jobs: Job A: Easy, won't learn anything, low profile client, $2,000 pay Job B: hard, will test your skills, potential killer case study, $500 pay Job B is the better job because the skills + case study could open $1M doors.

Even the most successful entrepreneurs are winging it. But that doesn't mean you should create a category, a product or a service in which no one is interested. Always validate. Check if there are competitors. It'll save you from creating something useless.

Not sure about the benefits you offer your customers? It’s sucks when you can’t clearly communicate the value you bring. The moment you realize the benefits you provide can directly solve your customers’ biggest problems, everything changes. Challenge yourself to get crystal clear on your value, Never complicate. Never forget to: • List your customer pain points • Align benefits with needs • Communicate clear value • Remain consistent • Audit 2X a year Still in a bind? Hire a copywriter who’s handled this business breaking, stress inducing exercise over and over again.

I can’t remember when I began doing this, but my sales career fully changed once I learned this. Spend your whole sales conversation providing value to the other person. There isn’t anything you should try to “sell” but rather just see what you can do to help them. People love to return the favor once you’ve helped them. I’m not an aggressive sales person and I’m all about the long game. That might hurt me in the short run but that’s a risk I’m willing to take. Provide value, provide value, provide value and trust that the rest will work out.
