I got Covid in early March 2020 and it changed my life. But then I found breathwork and it changed my life even more! In August, I'm going to post about the power of the breath and breathwork and some of the things I've learned. The breath is the gift that keeps giving!

@davenewworld_2 Here’s a small one I came across at my old job. Houses surrounding it. This one barely takes up 2 acres of space by the way. The one on the other side of town is a mega complex

No Farmers, No Food
No Farmers, No Food@NoFarmsNoFoods·
Farmers and local farm shops are using social media to sell their food. Supermarkets pay them pittance for their food and a vindictive government punishes them. So they are taking the matter into their own hands and trying to sell direct via social media. Support our farmers.

Many Long COVID scientists fail to meaningfully draw on the insights of patient-researchers. In our Comment for @TheLancetInfDis, we propose a solution: make all Long COVID papers undergo pre-publication patient review. 1/

This is Lord Rothermere the owner of the Daily Mail. He lives in a massive mansion in the English countryside, but he pays no tax here because he identifies as French. While the Daily Mail is registered in Bermuda and pays no tax anywhere. That is his ‘Patriotism’.

Lynn's Warriors

Lynn’s Warriors 💙Statement: META MUST PAY– the verdict is in, and it speaks volumes. A jury has ruled that Meta must pay $375 million for violating New Mexico law in a case centered on child exploitation and the safety of its platforms. This was not a technical oversight. The jury found that Meta willfully violated the law and misled the public about the safety of apps used by millions of children every day. Let that sink in. For years, parents have been told these platforms are safe. For years, families have raised concerns about predators, harmful content and addictive design. Now, a jury has confirmed what many already feared. The system was not protecting children. It was failing them. At the same time, Meta and other technology companies continue to position themselves as partners in shaping policies that impact children and families. That is unacceptable. Companies found liable for exposing children to harm should not be writing the rules meant to protect them. This case is not just about New Mexico. It is a warning to the entire country. It reinforces what parents, advocates and survivor families have been saying for years. There must be real accountability. There must be real safeguards. And there must be consequences when companies put profit ahead of children. Meta has already indicated it will appeal. That is their right. But the facts established in this case cannot be ignored. When a platform is shown to mislead the public and fail to protect minors, it raises a fundamental question about trust. At Lynn’s Warriors💙we stand with families. We stand with the truth. And we stand firmly in the belief that child safety must come before corporate influence. This moment demands action. Lawmakers must ensure that strong protections are put in place and enforced. Parents must stay informed and engaged. And companies must be held accountable when they fail to protect the most vulnerable among us. Our children are not collateral damage in the digital age. They are the priority. Stay aware. Stay engaged. Be a Warrior.💙
