I read another comment on Discord from another person who mentioned that Military units from nearby Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colorado, initiated a lockdown of subterranean access points at 9:45 AM, coordinating with FEMA Region 8 personnel to mask the operation as a routine grid test failure. Not sure how accurate that is. But there is a lot of chatter going on.
