D3 isn't even in production. if they started now we probably wouldn't see it for 3 years. its gonna be a rough couple of years for bungie anyway.

Games come out of nowhere all the time, consumers rarely knows exactly what they want thats why we have advertising and promotions. No one asked for another hero shooter but rivals carved a spot

Yeah I actually remember going into Gamestop once with my cousin and saw a copy of Vanquish for the PS3. I'm big into Sci-Fi, I like third person shooters, and it looked pretty cool so I bought it and it ended being one of the best third person shooters I've ever played. Here's the difference between Marathon & Vanquish. I didn't know anything about Vanquish and hadn't seen any gameplay, I was simply going off the box art and the vibes. Marathon however didn't look appealing from the get go and the gameplay reveal confirmed that it offered no appeal to me. Plus it's developed by Bungie who I don't really respect anymore.

The hell type of argument is that? Yeah people impulse buy things all the time but this isnt one of those times. Marathon is coming out in a saturated market where there are better options out before it and now destiny who's market is still really only them is now being discontinued

@WHWednesday @dillonatm I even went back an hour and it was still at 6k. it typically goes upto 12k every day, which puts in the top 150 games on steam. Reviews should be done on the merits of a game, not cause you're throwing the toys out of the pram.

We will have to see if that happens at a level sony are happy with.
