HOW FOUNDERS CAN SUCCEED IN WEB3: Lessons from the Trenches. Building in Web3 is different - it’s fast-moving, community-driven, and requires a balance of technical vision and human connection. Here’s what I’ve learned about what sets successful Web3 founders apart: 1. BUILD WITH YOUR COMMUNITY, NOT JUST FOR THEM Web3 is about decentralization and shared ownership. Engaging your early users, listening to feedback, and making them part of your journey creates loyalty that no marketing campaign can buy. 2. FOCUS ON REAL VALUE, NOT HYPE Memecoins and viral trends get attention, but long-term projects succeed because they solve real problems. Whether it’s decentralized storage, DeFi tooling, or NFT utility, your product must genuinely improve lives. 3. KEEP YOUR TECH SIMPLE AND RELIABLE M Complexity kills adoption. Even if your protocol is cutting-edge, the interface should be intuitive. Early supporters should be able to use your product without a PhD in blockchain. 4. TRANSPARENCY IS YOUR SUPERPOWER Open communication about progress, challenges, and funding builds trust. In Web3, your reputation is everything - overpromising and underdelivering can break your community faster than any competitor. 5. NETWORK STRATEGICALLY Early conversations with investors, partners, and other builders are invaluable. Choose people who share your vision and can help scale your idea, not just write checks. Web3 rewards founders who combine vision with execution, technical rigor with community empathy, and boldness with transparency. If you’re building in this space, these principles will help you survive the early chaos and thrive in the long run.

We’ve seen the concerns raised around a recent payout denial and I want to address this publicly as it's the first denial on our platform since launch. Solana Funded exists because we want traders to enjoy the upside of memecoins without risking personal capital. Our goal is to fund disciplined traders, and we have rules set out to ensure this. In this specific case, our systems flagged a high number of irregular behaviours for this trader. On average, our system detects 21.4 flagged behaviours per day across thousands of traders. This trader triggered 10 flags within 2 hours. Following a thorough assessment by our risk and compliance team, the activity was deemed to be a breach of our rules, and we stand by that decision. These safeguards exist to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure that genuine traders are getting funded and paid. We have invested over a year into building a robust anti-manipulation system, and we will continue to enforce them fairly and consistently. We remain committed to funding real traders.

We've been getting a lot of questions and feedback around account rules, what's allowed, what's not, and where to find it all. So we've gone ahead and fully documented everything across our docs and Terms of Service. Every rule is now clearly laid out so there's no confusion. Whether you're in a challenge or managing a funded account, everything you need to know is in one place. We'd recommend giving it a read before your next trade so you're fully up to speed. This was a direct response to community feedback. You asked for more clarity, we delivered. Trading Rules & Restrictions: docs.solanafunded.com/account-rules/… Account Rules: docs.solanafunded.com/account-rules/ Terms of Service (Sections 7–7.13): solanafunded.com/terms-of-servi… We'll keep listening, keep improving, and keep building this with the community.

The past couple days CT has taught me a lot… not just that theres people here that will hate on any success they see, rip it to pieces and scrutinise on something just to ride engagement But mainly that we have undeniably one of the best products this space has to offer, i always say if you haven’t got haters you’re doing something wrong… No matter what, we will change the trenches forever, whether fudders like it or not

We’re working on making the rule book ultra clear in our docs since others can’t find in our T&C’s That being said, these rules are built to protect traders from over exposing themselves during the challenge on low caps but still allowing 20k+ position sizes on 1m marketcap+ pairs (completely unseen) Scrutinising and angling minor mistakes in our docs isn’t really an angle to back your scam allegations None of the less we appreciate your feedback, it only allows us to build a stronger product for future users

Pretty interesting this is coming out after we ignored your request to work with us. Let's discuss your false claims. 1. If you had done your research, you'd know that simulated capital is industry standard - every major prop firm operates this way. It's listed on our website, T&Cs, emails and footer. This is not hidden. 2. Solana Funded has 0 association with Atlas Funded. There's hundreds of prop firms in the space - as a founder building something completely new in the prop firm space, I engage with other firms and projects. That's called building in public and building my founder presence. 3. Our COO didn't have a Twitter account, so he made one with me as well. We've been building this for over a year and know how important presence on CT is. We're building a company in a completely new category. Questions and concerns are expected and welcomed. We'll let our results and payouts speak for themselves - just watch.

WTF!!!! @SOLANAFUNDED IS DEFINITELY A SCAM 🚨 Please read this if you want to save yourself and your friends. 1. Two of the founders created their X accounts on the exact same date and time, a major red flag. 2. The supposed founder “REM” was previously working with and promoting another funded company called Atlas Funded. I checked its reviews on Trustpilot, and it literally shows a “WARNING” with recent reviews mostly 1-star full of complaints. This strongly suggests that REM may actually be behind Atlas Funded and is now trying to fool Crypto Twitter by borrowing the “Solana” name to make the project look legitimate. Let’s be clear about something: This funded company will never put your trades in a real trading environment. All accounts, both the challenge accounts and the so-called “funded” accounts after passing the challenge, are demo accounts. You are not placing a single trade on the actual Solana chain. This looks like nothing more than a rebrand of Atlas Funded. Save yourself and warn others. I’m risking my own account by speaking up and fighting with these guys, but I’m doing it to protect the community. Before giving them money, do your own research (DYOR), check Trustpilot reviews for Atlas Funded, and share this thread so others don’t get scammed.

After the launch and the huge influx of traders joining Solana Funded, we’ve been keeping a close eye on feedback coming from the community. First off, we really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to share their thoughts. Solana Funded was built for traders in the trenches, so hearing what the community thinks about the product genuinely matters to us. One concern we’ve seen come up a few times is around the large win cooldown. Some traders thought that after hitting a big win their account had been locked, which understandably caused some confusion. In reality, the cooldown just meant that you had completed your trading day. The idea behind this rule actually came from a good place. In trading, it’s very common for people to hit a big win and then keep pushing their luck, overtrade, and end up giving those gains straight back. The cooldown was originally put in place to protect that progress and stop traders from overtrading once they’d had a strong day, carrying that progress into the next trading day. That said, Solana Funded is built around giving traders freedom, and we never want people to feel restricted or confused when using the platform. Because of the feedback we’ve received, we’ve decided to remove the large win cooldown rule so traders can manage their accounts however they choose after a strong day. We’ll keep listening, keep improving, and keep building this with the community. Appreciate everyone who’s been part of the launch so far. This is just the start.
