Love Asian cuisines, but they absolutely are the worst to cook at home. You have to buy 44 ingredients to make one dish and it’s not something you’ll want to have more than once a week. Extremely time intensive and best left to the experts. I took a Vietnamese cooking class once and the ingredient list to make it at home looked like a scroll.

Asian meal recipes have an incredibly high taste return on time/ingredients. Recommend.
The other end of this spectrum is baking, which has 1/10 the flavor and 10x the work. Do not recommend.

I was as involved in the George Floyd protests as a non professional activist could be & I saw some of the craziest shit. You literally cannot be too paranoid. There is a significant chance the cops killed at least 1 person at CHOP & I saw them try to kill others.

And that was the end of it lol. I believe they moved in the next day. I wish I had recorded this stuff, I saw most of it with my own eyes. I was there every day for weeks. After CHOP happened, things started getting weirder, then after that first kid died I stopped going.
