Some of you love to scream “community”online. You comment. You repost. You sit in Spaces performing “support” like it’s a microphone competition. But the moment real-world presence is required, suddenly everyone develops a tight schedule and disappearing courage. Let’s be honest for a second. Web3 does not grow from profile pictures talking to profile pictures. It grows when people step outside the timeline, meet face-to-face, exchange real ideas, and build partnerships that don’t depend on DMs and emojis. Connections are not sealed in comment sections. Partnerships are not built in Spaces. And influence is not proven by how loud you sound on a mic. There are stages to growth in this space. Observation. Participation. Visibility. Influence. Events like @Lofte3_ exist because serious builders understand one thing, proximity creates opportunity. While some people sit on the timeline waiting for an “idolo” to notice them, others are already shaking hands, building alliances, and positioning themselves where the real conversations happen.
