We are looking forward to evaluating this project and are hopeful that this will improve outcomes for our mothers. Massive well done to @Pip1RMN for having the idea, motivation and desire to take this forward. 🎉 @TraceyintheUK @Emidsperinatal @mazsmith1674 @_RebeccaKeating

Action on Postpartum Psychosis
We’ve just had some brilliant action shots from our fantastic fundraisers Emily and Adam who braved a 14,000ft skydive on Saturday. They have so far raised over £1000 for APP! We are over the moon! Thank you so much Emily and Adam!

Getting lifelong protection against #measles is simple – you just need to have 2 doses of the #MMR vaccine. If you think you or a loved one isn’t up to date, contact your GP to book a catch up appointment.

It is crucial to maintain warmth in your home over the winter months 🥶 This is particularly essential in areas like the living room and bedroom, as colder weather can lead to various health issues, including colds, flu, and more severe conditions like heart attacks, strokes, pneumonia, and depression. Individuals who are particularly vulnerable to cold weather include those who are 65 years of age or older, infants and young children under the age of 5, and individuals with chronic health conditions. Check on older or vulnerable relatives and neighbours – check their heating is working and if they need any groceries or medications.

While we urge parents and maternity professionals from across the UK to share their #BirthTrauma experiences if they feel able to, we also understand how difficult it can be. If you choose to take part, please see @birth_better for tips on how to look after yourself.
Theo Clarke@theodoraclarke

As Chair of the cross party All Party Parliamentary Group on Birth Trauma, I will be taking both written & oral evidence over the next few months to contribute to this inquiry. We invite all members of the public from across the UK to send us submissions: theo-clarke.org.uk/birth-trauma-i…
