@MasterMaliq By this logic, we must say that all people who try to life a righteous life will receive God's mercy and justice, no matter what God or religion they believe in.
This is because every religion has one core truth as it's foundation.
English

But that still means rejecting a belief about Jesus determines salvation, even if someone sincerely worships God, lives righteously, and follows what they believe is divine truth. From my perspective as a Muslim, God’s mercy and justice are greater than reducing a person’s fate to one theological belief alone.
English

@MasterMaliq Do you think that one core theological belief is always a trivial thing?
Do you think that God's mercy and justice is greater than having to believe that there is no greater God than Allah and Muhammad is his prophet??
English

@MasterMaliq No. Because Jesus is the word and the word became flesh.
Jesus is the revelation. You should spend some time contending with his teachings.
English

Angel Gabriel (Jibril) played a major role in the lives of many prophets.
In Islam, he was sent by God to deliver revelation to Prophet Muhammad for over 20 years.
So I’m curious from a biblical perspective: what exactly was Gabriel’s role during the time of Jesus?
Did Gabriel ever bring revelation to Jesus?
Was he ever sent to Jesus by "the Father" the same way he was sent to other prophets?

@yua_gameblog The truth behind 'blast processing' is that Genesis has a faster CPU than the Super Famicom does, even if the SF is superior in practical every other way.
To quote the Angry Video Game Nerd, saying Genesis has a faster CPU is not cool. Saying it has BLAST processing is.

(The Genesis couldn't even run Super Mario Kart because it can't run Mode 7)
But here they are using a game that is better than 98% of their catalogue to bash the super Famicom for the benefit of western gamers.

@yua_gameblog It was worse back then, especially in north america!!!!
Genesis does......!!!
What Nintendon't. Genesis has BLAST processing!!!!!!

@Tablesalt13 You can bet that once a week is 70% as good as 4x a week!!! You always get the most results for the least work at that level of investment. Something is far better than nothing. Always!!
Cycling 15min, 3 times a week is infinitely better than nothing as well!!
English

I started lifting weights 4 years ago.
I decided to REJECT all advice and I decided to go to the gym ONE day a week for ONE hour... because I have busy schedule.
Everyone told me not to bother....
but, my gains were WAY better than expected and similar to people who go for 2-3 times a week for hours.
Sometimes, expert advice is shit -- try new things.

Let me be honest. I wanted to stay Muslim so badly.
Not even because of God at first, but because of the life attached to it.
My dad’s businesses were waiting for me. Signed and ready.
My mom’s community. Doctors, lawyers, politicians. Connections everywhere.
Success was laid out in front of me.
There was even an arranged marriage lined up. A doctor. Beautiful future. House. Wedding. Stability.
All I had to do was say one sentence:
“Yeah, I still believe.”
That was it.
Keep the money.
Keep the family approval.
Keep the life.
But here’s what ruined it for me:
I could not unsee Jesus.
Once I really read the Quran and compared it to the Gospel, I couldn’t force myself back into pretending.
And honestly, knowledge becomes heavy at that point.
Because I didn’t leave Islam to rebel.
I left because I could not betray what I believed was true.
No business opportunity, no relationship, no comfortable future was worth denying the King who gave His life for me.
So yeah, my life would have been easier if I stayed.
But when Jesus says, “I am the way,” you don’t answer with, “But the other path feels safer.”
You pick up your cross and walk.
English

@JRunn87 Time to play Clair Obscur!!!
(But yes, the Xenogears world is fantastic!! I am forever saddened that an HD-2D remake has not happened.
If all the JRPGsz this one is the MOST deserving!!!)
English

@twf003 Maybe your politicians have caught the same brain disease as ours have had for awhile!!!!
English

@MasterMaliq @onuhjohno I agree. I have huge respect for you. You are bold, courageous, and you are never unkind.
English

@onuhjohno Christians are free to disagree with Islam just as Muslims are free to disagree with Christianity. That’s not intolerance, that’s belief.
Respect doesn’t mean agreement.
English

@MasterMaliq @Jondeli75 Islam is right about people on the internet haha.
English

@Jondeli75 From an Islamic perspective, yes, rejecting a prophet after the message has reached you is considered disbelief. But in the same way, Islam also teaches that ultimate judgement belongs to God alone, not people on the internet.
English

@MasterMaliq Read Matthew 22. It is all about this. The banquet is heaven and the invitation is Jesus sacrifice and his mercy / invitation to heaven.

English

@MasterMaliq Jesus is a divisive figure. Either he is crazy or he is who he says he is, and that is God the son.
Someone as wise as him cannot be crazy so we are left with one logical explanation.
Then we have to factor in all the old testament prophecies about him.
English

@MasterMaliq Are you SURE you aren't describing Christianity and practicing Christian men??
Look at the German new years attacks. Look at the cases of Lara Logan and Natasha Smith in Egypt.
Muslim respect Muslim women for the most part. But the kafir are fair game!
English

I once asked a Christian lady a simple but uncomfortable question.
If you were placed in a building with 100 non Muslim men in Hall A
and 100 practicing Muslim men in Hall B
and you had to spend one full week in one of those halls…
Which would you choose?
She picked Hall B without hesitation.
Not because Muslim men are angels.
Not because every Muslim is perfect.
But because deep down, even many non Muslims know what Islam teaches men.
Lower your gaze.
Control your desires.
Respect women.
Do not touch what does not belong to you.
Fear God even when nobody is watching.
A man who truly follows Islam does not see every woman as an object to conquer.
He sees self control as strength.
Discipline as masculinity.
Respect as worship.
The tragedy is that extremists and hypocrites have damaged the image of Muslim men so badly that people forget what Islam actually teaches.
A real Muslim man is not dangerous to women.
He is supposed to be a source of safety for them.
And whether people admit it or not…
the world still secretly respects disciplined men.

1. Wave Race 64
The best game on the N64 doesn't have a single enemy in it.
In 1996 nobody had seen water move like this on a home console. The first time you raced, the waves shoved your ski around so convincingly it almost felt broken.
Nothing on the PS1 came close. Nothing else on the N64 did either.
No spectacle, no gimmick. Just the hardware doing something genuinely new.

English

My top 10 N64 games. And Goldeneye isn't in the top three.
It's at 5. Four games beat it and I'll defend every one.
Most "Top 10" lists are the same four Nintendo first-party titles everyone copied off a 1999 GameFAQs thread and never thought about again. Mine isn't that.
