@OfficialFV was supposed to have an item delivered last week, they cancelled and I missed a day off work, same think happened today, was apparently on the van but they never showed up. Customer service is woeful. Absolutely fuming, they won't give me a straight answer. Avoid

@BensonsForBeds I've just had my delivery screwed up yet again. For those of you who are as sick of this as me, write them a letter asking for a refund, after they don't reposnd for 28 days, take them to small claims court and get your money back. Then sue for lost earnings.
