You dont think that rule is a bit outdated? Not having the right to appeal for review amongst the commitee sounds like an easy way for biased refs to control outcomes. You think all refs are honest and dont have a bias? Considering VARs is being used in ways that dont align with the rules they put in place for it, the appeal rule should apply to all matches/tournaments.
