We could pretend that #ChatGPT/AI doesn't exist and fight against it or we could embrace it and see how we could utilize it to our advantage before being closed off to it. Shutting it down feels like, "Learning is pen, paper, and lecture only because all tech is evil," vibes.

Started my admin credential program yesterday and already gained so much insight on why a unified mission/vision of a school is so important. Not looking to move roles at all, but understanding school leadership helps me understand policies that impact teaching #alwayslearning
