They’ve memorized all the music and seen the recording of the original cast on Disney, but I was reminded of how there is absolutely nothing like #livetheatre. I grew up on it— in it— and watching our kids experience the magic was *almost* as good as the show.

My husband and I took our kids to see #Hamilton yesterday at @hollywoodpantagestheatre. Back in 2016, we were lucky enough to see the show when we lived in New York City, when it was new-ish to Broadway, and to get a backstage tour from our @wesleyan_u friend, Lin. @wes_alumni

The reason America has a 25 times higher gun homicide rate than any peer nation is easy access to guns. We don't have higher rates of mental illness. It's not divorce or video games or medications. It's the guns.
