A productive meeting with the members of the Professional Cycling Council (PCC) took place today at the UCI Headquarters in Aigle—the second of the year.
We discussed key topics concerning both men's and women's professional road cycling, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to advancing and improving the sport for all.

From 2025 our base salary for Men and Women will be equal. Steps like this are crucial to further develop and professionalise the sport. Safety standards, TV coverage and a calendar in which men’s and women’s events better coincide are also very important. But we are on our way!
