Another successful downsize and declutter presentation — this time at the East Oakland Senior Center. @AARPCA volunteer, Willie, gave tips and tricks while the group shared experiences and recommendations with each other.

This morning, volunteers assembled 150 care packages for elders in West Oakland as part of @BarbaraLee_CA’s #100daysofaction initiative! @AARPCA is proud to have been one of a number of community service projects happening simultaneously in @carroll_fife’s District 3.

AARP members sorted produce at the Alameda County Community Food Bank today as part of our #NationalDayofService! According to staff, each volunteer contributed 160 meals each to the 25% of Alameda County residents experiencing food insecurity. Thanks for having @AARPCA !
